No matter how hard it is or the pain you experience on the journey, each step forward is an act of perseverance and resilience. It is easy to focus on reaching the finish line, but sometimes you need to embrace the journey and the many lessons to be learned along the way.

Each stride was a challenge. There was no going back or giving up; I was going to make it to the finish line. This was my first half-marathon in Miami. It was a challenge I was excited to take on, to test my limits and see what was possible. But as I neared the end, I realized just how far this was pushing me.

Sometimes, it is in the most uncomfortable and difficult moments that you grow the most. When I graduated college, I took a huge leap of faith and moved to

Nashville to pursue my dream of becoming a professional actor. It was such a hard year, and I realized acting wasn't the right path for me. I longed to return to my roots in Utica, so I moved back and started working in radio.

One of my greatest goals is to have a positive impact on someone's life, even if it is in a small way. In radio, that meant giving people a familiar voice to look forward to as they drove to work. During my time at the radio station, I met my broker and her husband, who own the real estate company I work for now.

Real estate wasn't something I had ever considered before, but my brokers were adamant I was meant for the industry. I came from humble beginnings, and my mom worked hard to make sure we always had what we needed. We moved around a lot, and home ownership was a luxury we didn't have. Given my personal history and the brokers’ insistence, I felt myself drawn to real estate. I wanted to give people what my mom wasn't able to have for a long time.

During college, I took a semester off to work for the Disney College Program, where I learned about guest services and how to interact with people. I've met people from all over the world there, and their stories have broadened my perspective on life. It doesn't matter who you are; everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their background or financial situation. Whether someone was spending thousands of dollars or just a few hundred, they were all there to have the best experience possible.

Applying that same philosophy to real estate, I quickly demonstrated to people my genuine desire to help them. I only want to do my best for people, and that has shined through in my work. The same satisfaction I found in entertainment by having a positive impact, I found tenfold in real estate. It's a job that's both challenging and rewarding, and I feel lucky to be able to do it every day.

There may have been times I veered off-path and took a different route, but every experience has culminated together to bring me here today. Just like the half-marathon, I was challenged with each stride, but the ultimate success was to keep moving forward. Crossing the finish line was a very emotional moment for me. It taught me that no matter how hard something seems, if you set your mind to it, you can accomplish it.

This experience also showed me how important it is to have a support system. My mom was always a rock for me, helping me feel grounded through any uncertainties in life. My girlfriend, Hannah, has been another incredible source of support. She champions my personal and professional success and reminds me I can do anything I set my mind to. In our free time, we enjoy being with our families, being outdoors, and spending time with our dog and two cats.

One of my favorite aspects of what I do is meeting new people and becoming a part of their lives in a positive way. Real estate transactions can be very stressful, and I believe that being there for my clients every step of the way can help to alleviate some of those stressors. Having the knowledge to help you avoid unnecessary delays or problems, I work hard to streamline the experience and make it as enjoyable as possible. Real estate can be fun – you just need the right support and representation!

Providing a full-service experience to my clients is an integral part of what I do. Through every phase of the transaction, whether you are selling your property or looking to buy a new one, I am here to offer my support and professional guidance. Whether you are looking for a forever home or an investment property, I have the experience and expertise to help you find what you are looking for. When the transaction is over, our relationship doesn’t end. I will continue offering my support as your REALTOR® and friend for life!
