This camp has been in the same family for over 60 years.  It offers 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen with a dining area, and a kitchen sink with a hand pump.  This is an off-grid camp on a seasonal dirt road with no power available but there is good cell reception and a phone service available.  There are a couple of level spots around the camp large enough to park a camper or RV.  There is a wood stove for heat and an outhouse.  There is a drilled water well on the property that is plumbed into the cabin to the kitchen sink hand pump.  The cabin is in need of some repairs.

There is a small stream that runs through the property.  Over 9,000 acres of state land to explore in every direction.  Hiking trails and snowmobile trails are nearby.  There are hundreds of wineries along Seneca Lake and Keuka Lake, and a public boat launch in Watkins Glen.
